I want to make a very public apology to everyone who had and who is looking at this website.
I was hired by Ms. Ragan to create and manage this site. Ms. Ragan had emailed me over a year ago and numerously on getting the correct information on this site let alone to just cancel the site. I was the only one who had the password and knowledge of how to run this website. ( It is just a policy of mine that I do to all clients) I had to go out of Country and could not be reached all that time to do the changes. (Thus no updates, no cancel nor changes to this website for over a year)
When I created this web site I had placed my views into what was asked of me. (I am aware that cps does such things to families due to all the research.) I am sorry if I had behaved like the cps caseworkers on the interpretation that I had placed upon this family. My intent was to get the real points about what happened to the family children.
Yes, I believe and have witnessed Ms. Ragans' character as being a great protective mother to her children. She had even helped my sick fiance' who was recovering from a flu. And even baby sat my fiance's own nieces and nephews. Including taking the kids to events by herself. I personally am grateful for her kindness and her ability to handle all 6 kids by herself.
However, due to the lack of communication by the caseworkers cps with her (even though she was trying to communicate) saw my ad for web design to 'get your story heard'.
I understand that the Eugene cps caseworkers has lied by taking bits and pieces of what I wrote or put words that was not written and twisted things that I had wrote out content of my beliefs and personal inputs which Ms. Ragan was not apart of.
Ms. Ragan showed me paperwork, pictures upon request and answered my numerous questions so I could write up the web site. I am making this statement as a way to apologize and to help get the true facts about what I had done including as a web designer that was not my intention to misrepresent Ms. Ragan character and family.
If you are a cps caseworker I ask that you would actually look at your family and think how would you feel about having your children taken. I also ask to communicate with her and to actually work with her instead of ignoring her and placing your personal opinion. Not everyone is the same and everyone do change. It is very natural to not be the same person as you once were. It is unrealistic to think that. I have seen Ms. Ragan from when I started this website over a year ago and now. Personally she has demonstrated to me that she understands things and is mentally sound.
About Ms. Ragan I find her to be very motivated about her children. She understands about the caseworkers personal judgement, she always continued on learning interesting programs to better her family and her children, to provide a very suitable environment for her children as a family. All on her own with no orders nor help from others due to her motivation and devotion to her children. I have always heard her talk about her children very highly all the time.
I again apologize to her and to her family.
